If everyone like me was convinced that Customer Service is pretty much dead in the water, all they have to do is deal with Debbie and Krishna at the MoneyMart in Parksville and I guarantee that dealing with them will change their mind!!!

I have been going to your Parksville store since you opened at Pioneer Plaza. It was not a pleasant experience until Connie started working here. Everytime I come in, she greets everyone with a smile and takes time with each customer to get to know them a little better. I enjoy that and it somehow makes the experience more pleasant and warm that you want to keep coming back, hoping to get the same service.
