Doug Knight and his team have been truly fantastic and so kind in dealing with my outside furnace /heat exchanger. The unit is only 6 years old and has been simply put a Lemon! One major problem after another. Recently even the compressor even said ByeBye! Wow. Modern day manufacturing. Really quite a pain no AC . Doug was very professional and dealt directly with the furnace company and secured us a whole new unit for a very reasonable price. I’m so impressed by Doug’s diligence and caring personality to do all that He’s doing to deal with a tricky difficult situation.
