Exceptional experience.As soon as you get in, you change into a robe and slipper & offered a tea of choice with Japanese snacks. Followed by a detailed treatment plan before they start. The whole experience was so informative, relaxing while being one of the best scalp treatment I've received. It was equally a technical as it was relaxing

Mika and her team are absolute pros at diagnosing and treating your scalp and hair issues. The experience is incredibly enjoyable, from the diagnostics to the treatment you feel completely taken care of and at ease. I highly recommend the treatment and guarantee you’ll leave with ample new knowledge and a completely new scalp/hair routine!

I had a wonderful haircut experience at Yoko's. Mika brought her expertise and experience to an extensive style consultation, listening to my wishes and also offering suggestions and opinions. The hair care products they carry in the salon nourish and bring out the best in one's hair. I felt pampered and taken care of -- a high-end hair care experience, for sure.
