Great experience from start to finish, including aftercare. CLEAN salon with professional and friendly staff. Relaxing environment! Street parking is minimal but plenty of parking lots too. Very close to sea bus and bus route.Extremely happy! And I am picky AF.Thank your Shae (sorry if misspelled!)!

Always the best experience at Noir! Jerelle is the best lash tech I have ever had. She is so gentle, attentive to details and also quick without rushing.Noir is very clean and comfortable, and the music is always an enjoyable mix. Highly recommend!
