We needed to install 2 ceiling light fixtures and 2 dimmer switches. Kathy at the office was responsive to our inquiries and very helpful in giving us advice. Rosanne, our electrician, was prompt, professional and friendly. She got the job done efficiently. She also explained what she was doing along the way in a way a non-electrician would understand.

The job that I needed was done really well. The best part for me was the office staff that were so organised and timely and caring in completing my service that their communication before and after a successful service call. I was pleased with the cost as quoted and that the electrician, Kyle, gave me credit for an unexpected but minor complication. They arrived on time in fact early and completed the work quickly. This company was referred to me from my renovation company and I will recommend Wicks Electric in future.
