I had a procedure done mid day Saturday by Sasha Nyirabu and Niaz was also in the clinic. I was very impressed with both of them. Very professional and thorough. Everything explained in detail before and during.

Prescriptions will not get submitted. In the past year I’ve had to call and follow up every time because the pharmacy didn’t receive any request. I’ve been waiting weeks for my current prescription to be sent and I’ve called multiple times. Each time on hold for 30 minutes or so. My doctor does care, but something is wrong with how the clinic is being run.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this clinic and highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional, caring, and high-quality service. A special thank you to Tina, the physiotherapist, who is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She takes the time to listen, understand your concerns, and create a treatment plan that truly helps. I’d also like to recognize Charles, the masseuse, for his amazing work. He is highly skilled, professional, and has a great ability to relieve tension and discomfort. Every session leaves you feeling so much better, relaxed, and refreshment. And of course, Parichehr at the front desk deserves so much appreciation. She is always available, friendly, organized, and ready to help with anything you need. Highly recommended!

I've thought about not leaving this review, but I gotta say... the doctor who 'helped' me here a while ago is very creepy and unprofessional. I recently heard from my friend who said she dealt with a similar issue, which prompted me to leave a review. He asked personal questions and was just all around strange and seemed to care less about the diagnosis than he did about other unrelated/personal details about me. The rest of the staff is great, so is the physio doctor I went to, but.... I avoid coming here for regular clinic matters because of him.

After a very poor response at another clinic, I managed to get an appointment to remove a growth from my face at the Pemberton Clinic. My experience was exceptional, from the first consultation to the final surgery. I highly recommend this clinic!
