This was our first contact with Pink Plumbing. Darren arrived promptly as scheduled. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained his findings clearly. He showed us the pictures he took, what next steps were required, and approximate timeline. We were most impressed with him and the company.
I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner. Darren arrived on time (actually a bit early) which was appreciated. He was very friendly and efficient and explained what he had done which fortunately ended up not being a big expensive job.
Last week I had an issue with my drains and contacted Pink and was able to get an appointment that day. Darren came to my home and was very professional and kept me informed on each step in the process. Before leaving Darren gave me some simple helpful tips to prevent a re-occurrence.
