    I had my hair colored and highlighted by Fatima, and I was truly very happy with the result. She is incredibly skilled, patient, and detail-oriented. You can really tell she cares about making sure her clients leave happy and satisfied. I felt very comfortable with her, and she took her time to do everything properly. Her prices are also very fair, especially for the quality of her work. I highly recommend her!

    DO NOT RECOMMEND — CONSUMER WARNING.
    This salon engages in deceptive, bait-and-switch pricing. I purchased a Groupon for a cut, wash, style, and balayage. The owner claimed a “login issue” prevented redemption (which I had to resolve through Groupon myself). Once the voucher was confirmed valid, she then demanded an additional $150 in vague “hair length fees” after I’d already paid $80, contradicting Groupon’s stated terms.

    There is no transparent pricing, no accountability, and extremely poor customer service. This business cannot be trusted to honor advertised services. I’ve reported this salon for fraud. Buyer beware. Avoid.

    **My Experience at Vickie's Hair Fashion: A Disappointing Visit** I recently had a frustrating experience at Vickie's Hair Fashion that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I stepped into the salon, the service was far from welcoming. Vickie didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence; instead, she was preoccupied with another customer. The other hairstylists in the salon also seemed to overlook me, which made me feel invisible. When Vickie finally instructed me to take a seat in front of the mirror, I attempted to show her the hairstyle I wanted. Instead of engaging with me, she questioned what color highlights I preferred. Her attitude was less than pleasant, especially when she commented on the thickness of my hair. After that, she proceeded to bleach my hair and placed me under a warm air machine for an extended time. Once the timing was up, she washed my hair and moved on to the toner process, informing me that she used two bottles of toner to achieve a blended blonde-brown highlight. At no point did she mention any additional charges for this service. Before she cut my hair, I showed her the style I desired--a short bob. However, when she finished cutting, my hair was much longer than I had requested. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she argued that the picture I provided indicated that length. The entire process felt quite rough; during the shampooing, drying, and cutting, her movements were not gentle--at one point, the brush even hit my cheeks several times. Despite my best efforts to remain patient and understanding, I felt increasingly uncomfortable. After the haircut, while I was paying at the front counter, Vickie unexpectedly informed me of additional charges: $57.75 for a second bottle of toner, the texture of my hair (considered "a lot"), and a second haircut. I was understandably upset and expressed my feelings, stating that it felt like a rip-off for a Groupon customer. She insisted that I pay the amount, so I reluctantly complied and left in frustration, even slamming the door on my way out. Shortly after, Vickie came out and yelled at me, calling me "crazy." This was not the service or treatment I expected, and it left me feeling disheartened. Overall, my experience at Vickie's Hair Fashion was disappointing, and I would not recommend it based on this visit.

    Vicki and her assistant Fatima, together have made my hair dreams come true! I finally found my place. Not only is this skilled duo so talented and communicative with what I wanted but they were very sweet and made me feel right at home, I felt like I've been there before and I could just sit back and relax. I'm beyond happy with the final results, 6 stars if possible!!! Ps. To all clients, be open to what the experts have in mind with what will suit your face, hair texture and hair health best, i promise you won't be disappointed with their long time experience! I trust Vicki and Fatima with my hair like no one else!!

    I bought a Groupon that couldn’t use because she made it VERY DIFFICULT to set up an appointment. She also mentioned at the very beginning of the call, that I would need to pay more for the length of my hair….that she hadn’t seen!!! Anyway, just thought to post this to avoid other people from having to deal with her.

    Just purchased a voucher for the hair cut and phoned in to schedule an appointment. The lady on the other side hung up on me after telling her about the Groupon voucher. After the second attempt, I was told that I'll be charged $20 more due to my hair exceeding 3cm from the ear length. When asked why the extra charge was not clearly indicated in the voucher explanation section, an avalanche of words was sent my way. With all due respect, I found this lady lacking basic manners and very unprofessional. It seems to me that the clause about the extra charge for the hair length is utilized as a tool for personal like/dislike of the potential clientele, which is very unfortunate. This kind of interaction never happened to me on Groupon.
