Tyler and the team at Lime are an absolute pleasure to work with. Tyler came up with a great solution for our hot tub setup where no drywall drilling was required and the cord length minimized. Highly rrckmmmend!
The Owner is experience, efficient and reasonable. He understood my issue very quickly and assigned technician to assist me very quickly.
Brandon, the technician who helped me, spotted and resolved the issue within the 5 minutes of the visit. While he was on site, he inspected all the sockets making sure they work normally and meeting the building code.
Brandon is also very good at his communication skills. He’s English enunciation clear and explanation is logical, easy to understand. Ty Electric was communicative, friendly, and did a good job. I am very appreciative of their efforts and this company clearly cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. We hit a bumpy patch with some follow up work on our project but in the end Ty Electric stepped up, was responsive, and got the work done.
