Ray was very quick to respond to calls and service and extremely thorough. Explained everything really well so I could understand how furnace was supposed to be working. Really great guy to deal with. Very personable. Would highly recommend. Will be using him for regular maintenance from now on for sure. Appreciate his knowledge and expertise.
Ray and his team did a great job for us. We needed a new furnace and boiler - he explained everything clearly, worked quickly and gave us a very fair price. They are also very tidy when they work. Would highly recommend!
We came home from holidays in February to no heat in our house. The furnace had stopped working. I found Total Line through Google and read their outstanding reviews which were consistent across the board. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and call them. As other reviewers have stated, Ray was knowledgeable and honest, a and told me step by step what his procedure would be. When he demonstrated to me that the best course of action was a replacement of the furnace, he gave me a very fair quote and within 48 hours everything was done.
