We recently had our silk rug cleaned by Ara Mavyan. His pick up and drop off service was wonderful! We have had regular cleaning of carpets by Ara in the past but this was a pet accident fiasco! I have used this company over the past several years for steam cleaning my wool berber carpets in my condo, and the thorough cleaning of three of my persian antique carpets. This company came highly recommended by three other references. The company is responsive to my requests, very accommodating, and goes the extra to ensure that any deficiencies are dealt with during the cleaning process.
