We brought in our 20 year old African wool carpet which we designed ourselves for cleaning. They did a great job and also proposed a couple of repair options for where the rug had some bad damage. They did a perfect job with the direction we chose and the rug looks better than new - and sturdier to avoid future fraying. Highly recommended
