The service was personable and prompt. I’m not sure how the pricing stacks up against other local locksmiths but I thought the charge was fair. I’ll use them again if I have need of a locksmith.

My company, Coast Consignment and I cannot recommend Tidy Lock & Key more! We had an issue that needed prompt attention due to potential security concerns. From our initial phone call to Tidy, Tom appeared half an hour later and within 4 hours of the initial phone call, Tom and his team had changed all of our locks, rekeyed all of our doors to one key and recommended the best, but not the most expensive solution. They are transparent, experienced, professional and kind and funny during a stressful situation. Thanks Tom and the crew at Tidey for taking some stress off our shoulders this week. Amazing service, prompt, professional, fixed my problem (even though they ran into some issues, they stayed true to my original estimate and didn't gouge me!!)I literally said I wanted to pay him more for his time. He wouldn't take it. Tom and his team are the most honest, best locksmiths around.Thank you guys!!! Helene
