I had my first IPL photo facial with Sera today, and it was a great experience. Sera was lovely, very warm and friendly, while also being extremely professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, so I always felt very relaxed. She refreshingly never tried to upsell me products or suggest unnecessary treatments. Wonderful care from Sera, highly recommend.
Sera at Fresh Skin Lab is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping her clients look and feel their best. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, offers thoughtful guidance, and makes you feel completely cared for from start to finish. I had such a great experience at Fresh Skin Lab. The nail ladies were super nice and did an amazing job on my nails and toes.I also have gotten a hydro facial and a brow tint and wax, and everything turned out exactly the way i wanted. They made me feel really comfortable and took their time to make sure everything looked good and i was happy with the results. Sera is so sweet and really knowledgeable. would recommend to a friend :)
