Anna was wonderful, my hair looked fantastic afterwards and she was very truthful when it came to recommending certain treatments to help with my hair texture and health. The salon environment is very peaceful, almost meditative, and everyone was very professional and sweet.

Hana did such an amazing job with my layered haircut! I loved my hair after my appointment and has continued to even after having washed and styled it at home on my own!

I got my haircut for the first time with Hana and I can confidently say, it is the best haircut I have ever had in Vancouver. I asked for a stylish bob to change up my dated look which required a bit of skill because she was working with a lot of hair and hairdressers tend to leave it too dense or blunt, but Hana understood the assignment and had amazing attention to detail. She was gentle, but still showed a lot of expertise. I already have my next appointment booked. Highly recommend!

Avoid. I went in for a simple clean up my cut to make sure each side even and lighten up the heaviness and was not good by Lily at all. She left and another person had to fix her mess so after hours for a simple clean up I left with very short hair that still is a mess and disastrous will take a fee tears to get to my length. So yes avoid.
