We hired SMR Plumbing and Heating for our new home construction, and they exceeded every expectation. The team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Every pipe, fitting, and fixture was installed perfectly. Their attention to quality and efficiency made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend them for any new construction projects!
Had a leak in our tankless water heater which also caused a loss in hot water. Dave came by late in the day to get things going again, and Cole came by the next morning to fix the problem. Cole was also very helpful in a couple of other questions I had as well as tightening a loose water faucet. Very happy with SMR!
We had excellent service from SMR. Our hot water tank needed replacement and we were unsure whether to go with a new tank or an on-demand system. Sean came by to look at the space – he arrived right on time, and provided us with the info we needed to make the decision. We decided to go with the on-demand system and they were able to schedule us in less than a week. The 2 technicians Dave and Cole were great, very friendly and professional. They showed up 10 minutes early, and worked straight through – were finished in under 6 hours. They did an excellent job, cleaned everything up and took away the old tank.
