David was very responsive with the quote and the scheduling the service. The technician arrived on time and was extremely conscientious and thorough. We received excellent results! It was an utmost pleasure to do business with them and would highly recommend!

Freddie was exactly on time. He was kind and respectful. We were all getting the kids ready for school when he came to do the carpets. We barely noticed he was there.The carpets were cleaned well and it took about 1.5 hours. We are very happy with the results. I didn’t realize the carpets were as dirty as they were until I saw the dirty water that it generated!Thank you so much Swimthwerks. We would highly recommend!

I did a lot of research online before chosing to go with Smithwerks to clean my carpets, so my expectations were high. When I shared feedback via their follow-up survey that there were a couple of things I was not pleased with, the owner called me personally to discuss. He graciously listened to my concerns and his follow up was very fast and professional. He dispatched his most senior technician to evaluate the job and then they went over and above to make sure I was happy. Great customer experience!
