amazing place to book an after work massage.the massage room is basically like being in a salt lamp. i have had a hard time breathing through my nose due to the cold winter weather, and immediately after i could breath again.the massage was amazing and really helped with my circulation.the staff were so friendly and helped me relax (i have awful anxiety) 10/10 recommend.

Amazing ambiance in the salt room! It was so relaxing. Me and my two teens were able to have a massage together and then afterwards relaxed in the salt room. The pressure of the massage and the technique was perfect. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone!

I have been here a handful of times to have Reiki with Ash Dokter. She is an absolute gem with her practice. Ash has a resounding quality of calmness and spirituality about her. She puts you at ease right from the start with her presence and her calming aura and you can feel your stress melting away.Salt Cave is a lovely place to have Reiki as it does have many beneficial qualities. Everyone that I have ever interacted with here has always been courteous and kind. I highly recommend this place to see Ash. I have not used the other services here.

Saltwonder Himalayan Salt Cave opened in 2012 and is the first and most renowned provider of Salt Therapy (Halotherapy) in Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC. Halotherapy is a derivative of Speleotherapy, which is an alternative, drug free, natural therapy for stress relief, respiratory conditions (alleviates symptoms of asthma, COPD, bronchitis, sinusitis, allergy) and skin condition (psoriasis and eczema). While in the salt cave/salt room individuals can relax and unwind, meditate, do breathing exercises, yoga poses and stretches. Saltwonder is a family-friendly business that also offers Salt Cave Therapy for children (fun, play, prevention of respiratory conditions, athletic recovery, self regulation and reduced screen time).
