I am 16 months postpartum and have been endlessly struggling with a stiff sore body and extremely worked up nervous system. I was seeing RMT’s for years and have literally never had a massage like this. It’s always an 11 out of 10, every single time. I do the signature massage that includes hot towels which makes it the ultimate spa-like massage experience. The pressure is always just right and I leave feeling like a brand new person. I just happened to stumble across Relax Body&Mind and am just so grateful that I did. I finally found the perfect massage experience and I cannot recommend Jay enough! Thank you so much, Jay! Jay is wonderful at what he does! I was feeling some bad tension through my neck and he addressed it in a way that wasn't painful and allowed me to walk away refreshed. He's a hidden gem for massage on the North Shore. Highly recommend.
