When our water heater broke recently, I called around a few local companies and was quoted over 30% more than what Reactive Heating quoted. Phil and company were quick and professional to get the on-demand water heater installed, it was such a relief after being given the run around by other contractors. In addition, the installers are recognized by the manufacturer Rinnae so we got an extended warranty which no other company was offering.
Very happy with the service provided by Reactive. Phil was able to diagnose our issue quickly, and Andy did an install of a new hot water tank and expansion tank at short notice. We won't hesitate to reach out to Reactive for any future plumbing needs!

We were so impressed with the team at Reactive Plumbing--they came to the rescue for an incredibly high-tech job that two other companies were unable to solve. We were looking at having to rebuild an entire unit at the top of a condo tower, but Mike came in with incredible knowledge and expertise and managed to fix the complicated system rather than have to replace it/rebuild it entirely (which is what we'd been previously told was the only solution). Grateful to them for saving the day and for their honesty and professionalism.
