One morning I was walking to my car and heard a hissing sound coming from my deck. Not the ideal way to start a weekday morning! I knew I had at least 1 raccoon living down there based on a cursory check but little did I know what lay in store for me. All attempts to flush them/him/her out - coyote urine, coyote sounds, spray from the hose, pokes with a hockey stick - were unsuccessful. Enter Rob. Rob initially attempted the same style of removal as I had but was also unsuccessful. We eventually had to remove individual planks from the deck and take out raccoons one-by-one by hand. We had a mouse problem at a home we were looking after. I called Rob and he gave specific instructions, over the phone, to help deal with the problem until he could come over. I followed his instructions and we were able to mitigate the problem quickly. He is very kind and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to call him with any pest concerns in the future. Thanks Rob!
