Nikol Pest Control is fantastic. Plamen is so friendly and experienced and accommodating. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He showed up at my home 40 minutes after speaking with him on the phone on a Sunday and removed the wasp nest for us, quickly, efficiently and safely. This is the second time in the last couple of years we've asked Plamen to deal with wasp nests. Plamen is quick to respond to requests for his help, offers a 50% discount on a second wasp problem area, and guarantees his work - he said if there's any evidence of wasp activity in the areas he dusted, he'd come back to spray again (no charge). Plamen was referred to us by our daughter, who had used Nikol Pest Control to help with a squirrel infestation in her roof. Well I was not disappointed when I called him to deal with our squirrel problem. He was very professional, arrived on time (even during the recent snow storm), and helped us to humanely persuade the squirrels to relocate. He was very up-front about what it would cost and , compared to other pest control services we have used in the past, was very reasonable too. I will certainly use him again and would also recommend him very highly to friends and family.Service: General wildlife removal
