Words cannot express how AMAZING this company is!!! Not only are they open 24/7 which they truly are, the customer service is amazing as well as ALL the staff. I had an issue with one of our rentals, I called in the middle of the night... they made it a priority to make sure I was the first appointment the next day. Extremely knowledgeable , professional, and the price was beyond fair .... all around such an excellent experience. I will refer them to anybody and everybody I can. Thanks again for treating us like family.

So far the bedbugs have not returned. But they only did 1 treatment. They should have done a second treatment in 2 or 3 weeks after they did the first treatment in order to kill all the bedbugs' eggs and babies that hatched are indeed gone.

This review is based on communication which is a huge issue with me. The first pest control company that we called out that cancelled on us and never returned our calls left us in a stuck position in which we had to reach out to another firm....this firm.
