Had a great experience for an oil change. Sam, the technician, was friendly, professional and very thorough. He shared that normally he is working underneath the vehicles and apologized if it was taking a little bit longer. I didn’t feel that it was and appreciated him saying so. I was more than happy to wait a little longer. Great customer service! Give the young man a raise. ?

Had a fantastic experience here with Arpit. He was so helpful and kind when I had a flat tire and told us we could come right away, did not need to wait or book an appointment. He took great care of my car and was very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to Mr. Lube for whatever you need done, ask for Arpit! Made a stressful experience so much easier. Thank you again!
