I contacted Modern Drainage after an inspection report and later another company from the buyers noted I had to rip out the entire perimeter drainage system around my house and it was going to cost in the 6 figures. I contacted a number of companies but what stood out with Modern Drainage was their front receptionist, Erinn. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The other companies didn't have an office person to call and they took a long time to get back to me. When our North Vancouver church property required inspection of its perimeter drainage system and remediation of detected issues, we undertook the usual tendering process, asking several local drainage businesses to submit quotes.
While Modern Drainage did not submit the lowest quote, it was the only company which sent personnel to visit us at the worksite in advance of preparing a quote.
