Called Masterworks on a Thursday afternoon re our plugged drains as wife was panicking.Though they noted they were booked solid till late the following week, the office assistant advised she would reach out to Doug the plumber and see if he could squeeze us in Friday night after a full day on a large job he had on the Northshore. Sure enough, I received a call back and Doug agreed to drop by at 6pm on a Friday night. Not only is Doug an AMAZING plumber who clearly knows all there is to know in his profession, but both my wife and I agreed he’s an awesome guy who works his butt off to exceed your expectations and get the job done! I've had both Doug and Gary work on projects in my house and I've been extremely satisfied with their work and prices. Definitely my first choice when ever having to call a plumber in North Vancouver.
