We have an 18 year old gas fireplace. It stopped working recently so I started looking for help. The first company I engaged was not very helpful. They rushed the assessment, didn't communicate well at all and then said it would be $2,500 to fix. So thank god someone gave me Ray's contact info. He was so easy to deal with, so honest and competent. Final bill was around $700. Happy days!
These guys are great. After I discovered a power outage had killed my furnace, I called Mannix. They fit me in on the same day, at the end of a long day! The problem was diagnosed quickly, spare part was in the van and we were up and running again in no time. Reasonable price too.

Although it is his day off, Ray came to my house today to diagnose and repair a noisy solenoid in my over forty year old Weil-McLain heating boiler. He quickly knew what was wrong and cheerfully replaced a part, tested others and made sure the boiler will last us some more years. I highly recommend him as he is knowledgeable (Masters in Engineering) politely explains the repairs while getting his hands dirty in a cramped space and then charges a very reasonable price. Highly recommended after nearly 10 years of keeping our old home warm. Thank you Ray. Ian
