I’ve gone to this clinic many times and have always had a good experience with the staff and doctors. but the last time was simply amazing. On March 14 2024 I came without an appointment because I felt very bad and I also couldn’t talk because my voice had disappeared and I just wanted to make an appointment with the doctor. but the staff helped me right away, the nurse looked me first, took a swab from my throat, checked my bronchi, then the doctor checked and gave some recommendations. and all this happened within 15 minutes. I appreciate to all the staff on that shift who helped me. I highly recommend this clinic!

We absolutely LOVE Lonsdale and 19th Medical Clinic staff and doctors. I have been going here since I was a child and now I am bringing in my own family. They are so understanding and do their best to fit us in when it's urgent, despite being very busy. They are wonderful and our to go to! Thank you for all you do to help your patients!

Have been going here on and off since i was a kid. The clinic has changed a lot over the years, i needed a consult today and met a great doctor by the name of Dr. Mark Abbey who was compassionate, collaborative, listening and validating. As a health care professional myself it was good to have a frank and open conversation with Dr. Abbey about my issues and found him receptive and knowledgeable. Thank you! I can't speak to the other doctors at this clinic though and the in-person experience as I have been dealing mainly with telehealth appointments. I found the booking receptionists (sorry don't know your names) also pleasant and competent.
