While long walk-in wait times are expected, waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes past a scheduled appointment time defeats the entire purpose of booking ahead. We arrived early for a 12:30 PM appointment and were not called into a room until nearly 1:45 PM. Once inside, we waited for another 10 minutes before the actual test began, finally leaving after 2:00 PM. This location consistently has the worst delays. It is incredibly disrespectful of patients' time and health. As taxpayers funding this outsourced health system, we deserve a basic level of efficiency. An absolute embarrassment to our healthcare infrastructure.

I came to LifeLab for a blood test feeling very stressed because my previous experience at the Lonsdale LifeLabs location was not good at all. When I arrived here, Hani welcomed me warmly and was incredibly kind and professional. She also performed my blood draw.

During the procedure, she was patient, gentle, and highly skilled. She helped me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. I am someone with difficult veins, but she managed to give me one of the best blood draw experiences I have ever had.

I am truly very satisfied and so grateful to Hani for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Thank you so much.

Laura and Cora are the senior technicians here, and their customer care and training of new staff are exemplary. The computer system sets some days up (along with the walk-ins that are welcome at my location) so that the waiting room is full gto overloaded. Yet no one complains because of the efficient manner in which the team processes EVERYONE. First rate facility, and I have been to more than a few in recent years!
