I came to LifeLab for a blood test feeling very stressed because my previous experience at the Lonsdale LifeLabs location was not good at all. When I arrived here, Hani welcomed me warmly and was incredibly kind and professional. She also performed my blood draw.
During the procedure, she was patient, gentle, and highly skilled. She helped me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. I am someone with difficult veins, but she managed to give me one of the best blood draw experiences I have ever had.

Laura and Cora are the senior technicians here, and their customer care and training of new staff are exemplary. The computer system sets some days up (along with the walk-ins that are welcome at my location) so that the waiting room is full gto overloaded. Yet no one complains because of the efficient manner in which the team processes EVERYONE. First rate facility, and I have been to more than a few in recent years!
Great staff under an incredible amount of stress I'm always surprised how impatient and rude so many clients are at this location 10 stars to these wonderful women who works so incredibly hard to deal with a lot of customers who I for one don't think deserve the service thank you for what you do for the community
