Come here before dinner to celebrate my birthday and it was such a great choice. Momo was absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel very special and relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend Momo!

I had a really great experience at Lily’s this morning, the receptionist was really friendly, and the premises is super clean with some touches of luxury. The massage experience itself 1000/10. I wish I could say more😂😂 The website made the booking process really easy, it was my first visit today and will be running right back as soon as I can

I’ve been there multiple times and have had great service from Mia, Anna, Vanessa and Jessica. Fun personalities and have always left satisfied. The new VIP is top notch as well

I recently visited Lily Spa. I used to book with Anna, but I was told she wasn’t available that time, so I saw Vanessa instead. During our conversation, Vanessa spoke very negatively about Anna, claiming that she was unprofessional and careless.play unsafe. I found these comments inappropriate and unprofessional, especially since I’ve had good experiences with Anna in the past. Anna she does do unsafe play but Vanessa shouldn’t tell any clients what she does do
Unfortunately, my experience with Vanessa was very disappointing. Her service was poor, and I had serious concerns about hygiene and professionalism. She also spoke badly about other all Spanish girl working at the spa, which made me very uncomfortable.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for a long time, but based on this experience, I do not want to see Vanessa again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously
