I know this was a small, very first‑world issue, but Jenny handled it with such care and professionalism that it genuinely stood out. Her wisdom, experience, and training as a nail technician show in the way she approaches even the smallest concern. There is a definite authenticity in the customer service here.

My daughter and myself were very happy with our nails. We shall be returning. My other daughter is also happy with her set.
Requested style: My daughter wanted a Christmas theme and she was very satisfied with the gem that was put on them also.
