I had the classic water line leak in my front yard. I got it under control and called Luis. I communicated to him that it wasn't an emergency so we made a plan for the repair, in the interim he was very good at communicating what he was planning and refinement of the schedule. When the work started, he and his helper were very professional and smoothly worked through the job (despite some ugly tree roots in my yard, sorry guys). Luis did a complete replacement job that I am very happy with.
