Prompt response, good communication to confirm for a Monday (even on a weekend), plumber sent (Andy) was timely, friendly, professional and also good communicator about the issue and options on a tricky job not easily accessible. Great folks - we had Andy from Reactive stop by this morning because we had a ruptured braided hose in our kitchen faucet. Super quick service and he left the place spotless after putting in a brand new faucet as parts can take a long time to source with little breakages like the hose.Thanks again Andy - Go Rangers!
