I’ve been to Dr. Maryam twice now and as a newbie to acupuncture I was scared and uncertain of the treatment and how my body would react to it. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left I felt cared for; more importantly, I was relaxed, making the experience so positive! Dr. Maryam took the time to go through my points of tension / soreness and was thorough in asking questions to figure out what could be triggers for my body. 10 years ago I found Maryam on a internet search for a focused practitioner on women’s health. For me at the time, I needed help with hormonal imbalances due to PCOS, crazy fluctuating schedule and stress. So happy to recommend her to all that I can.
Dr. Maryam is a gentle, compassionate practitioner who I trust completely. She is a good listener and will adjust the session to include additional treatment to address new concerns. I always enjoy a great sleep after seeing her.
