We have high praise for Burrard’s communication, honesty, professionalism, recommendations, quality of work, and cleanliness- we were super happy with our stress-free experience with this company!
I called in Dec,25 as had a roof leak and Burrard had a crew out quickly and tarped the area to keep us dry over Christmas which was vey much appreciated. Subsequently after getting quotes form 3 other companies we chose Burrard to do our new roof which we needed. Once we had a weather window they did our roof in 3 days including a short day due to snow. They were prompt and did a great job. Great communication with Cody with almost instant response time even on weekends prior to the job start. Very happy with the result.
We decided to go with Burrard Roofing because our neighbour (2nd owner) had such a good experience with them when they came to fix a roof problem. It shows that the co is reputable and they stand by their work code. When we contacted Burrard Roofing for our roof replacement, we met Cody (sales rep) who was friendly, helpful and professional, provided a detailed breakdown of products for us to consider.
The crew (John & Matt +1) completed the the job in two days with minimal disturbance. They did a superb job!
