I am not from North Van. I went without booking an appointment to get a used vehicle inspected prior to purchase. Jessica and Colton were extremely helpful in securing a slot for the next day. I was not required to pay prior to inspection; this was extremely generous of Colton. The car was inspected thoroughly (the car owner took the car to the shop). They shared the report with me. Again, even upto this point, I was not compelled to pay. Blown away by the good old customer service and their trust in a complete stranger. All of the above happened without the need for me to make two visits to North Shore. Great communication! Thanks Colton and Jessica!
Honesty, which is rare... Came in with a car they could have made some money on and instead told me it wasn't worth fixing the issues. Makes me look at them as a long-time relationship and my other cars will be going there. Quick diagnoses and good communication with text and quotes.
