Had a great experience with Ahmad, he took a 1 star review and turned it into a 5.
Had a new set of front tires put on yesterday, and unfortunately came outside to a flat this morning. Took the car back to the shop, and Ahmad help us diagnose the problem, owned up to the mistake that was made, and fixed it right away. He even took the time to take off the spare and put the wheel back on himself.
Appreciate someone who is honest and takes the time to fix a mistake.
On August 6 around 7:40am, while driving in the rain, my dashboard light came on and I quickly discovered I had a flat tire (one of the tire's pressure was down to 7 and I was in a panic mode!). I Googled to see if Kal Tire was open since it was in the direction I was heading. They were open nice and early so I stopped by right away, hoping they could help.
I regret not getting the name of the person at the front, but he was so kind and reassuring. He let me know the mechanics didn’t have appointments until 8am, so they could take a look right away and if it is repairable, they will fix it.
