The Back to Active team has played a key role in keeping me pain free so I can continue do the activities I love, like trail running and skiing.Specifically, Brian Groot is a fantastic RMT who is thoughtful and knowledgeable. During his treatment sessions, it is clear that he is passionate about his work and strives to provide the best treatment possible. I have referred Brian to other runners, who rave about him as well.I also began seeing acupuncturist Dwain Dougan for ongoing knee pain. After one session I was back running in a way I had not been able to in months - it was amazing! He is very experienced and knowledgable, and I appreciate the education he provides along with his treatments.

I was recommended to have treatments with acupuncturist Dwain and he is fantastic. He' is helping with IBS, Sibo, neck and back pain. His practice is a combination with acupuncture and massage which is very relaxing and effective. I highly recommend him.

Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Doctor Dwain is fantastic. He's helped me deal with several issues I've had (Sibo, tinnitus and frozen shoulder). I highly recommend him.

I saw Brian for a massage the other day and my shoulder still feels much better. My shoulder was so sore from carrying my baby around. I'm hoping I can keep it up with some stretches that he showed me and go back when it acts up again. Highly recommend!
