Alanna, the owner and RMT at Avalon Spa & Transformations is seriously the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Wow. I was able to let go in ways I haven't. Her techniques are spot on, the pressure is amazing, she is mindful and checks in frequently to ensure you're doing okay, and the movement paths of her massage gestures are amazing. Seriously, this woman works magic on her massage table, you can really feel the 30 years of dedication to her profession. Don't miss out on the awesome deals she has too. A steam, a foot scrub, and a full body massage?!?! Are you kidding me?! Sign me up again.
Alanna is an AMAZING massage therapist. After the massage I feel like a million bucks.I get a weekly massage and she pays close attention to the key areas where I needed that “extra something” that makes you want to go and get the massage in the first place. She is very polite and friendly. Her spa is very nice and the ambiance is soothing to the eye and ear. I would definitely recommend Avalon Spa & Wellness centre spa to anyone wanting to get a therapeutic massage as it has helped me so much.
Alanna is a true professional, who did a wonderful job of my eyebrows. The micro blading was perfection and she was able to match the exact eyebrow colour and shape that I was after.
