Fantastic service. I dealt with Scott. He was so wonderful. Scott came to my home and delivered a new powerhead for my built in vacuum system. He recommended a really great replacement head, .much better than the one I had which died. He took away my old one as well. Scott says they do mobile service and sales and we will definitely be dealing with him and this company going forward. Highly recommend. Thank you so much !!

What an amazing interaction at Al's. I actually got to talk with a knowledgeable human, Stepanie, and she was so helpful. After trying all our local "big" stores whose staff had no idea what to look for or suggest. Al's is a family owned and operated business that actually knows how to repair and service vacuums along with supplying replacement products. They sell SEBO vacuums, one of the best on the market and that will be my next purchase.
