The staff here are always very friendly. Plenty of equipment for everyone and place is always kept clean. The best part of coming here are the classes. Carmine is a total gem and he encouraged me to keep on going at the start. We are a small group that come for the early classes at 6am and we've been quite devoted attending his classes. I've seen such a difference with my physique and strength. Thanks to Carmine for his dedication and professionalism. I would recommend coming here for sure!
They have the best staff! The graveyard crew is especially attentive and makes an extra effort to acknowledge and make members feel like family. I do go to the club at different times on different days and have dealt with pretty much everyone there and they are all pretty great. I have never been to a cleaner gym or where the staff is so diligent about keeping things clean and assisting members. Absolutely love this location. Big thanks to the staff that makes this one great.
