Love this gym! I signed up earlier this year. This gym has everything I need for my workouts. I never have an issue waiting for equipment which is a big plus for me. There is so much space, I was surprised. It is a family owned business, which makes me happy to support local economy and community. If you’re thinking about this gym definitely come check it out, great atmosphere with convenient location, it has it all!

I have joined Dynamic fitness last month. So far its been an amazing experience. The credit for this goes to staff and owner himself. I remember owner said that this gym is his baby, his words are surely reflected in the way he takes care of his clients and gym. Everyone is super friendly. Every area in gym is very clean and well maintained.

This is the perfect gym. Far from your regular commercial gym, Dynamics is a friendly, locally owned and operated business in New Westminster. Here you will find: reasonable membership options, friendly staff, attentive owners/management, well maintained equipment and your fellow gym goers are friendly and usually mind their own business. Just steps away from New West Skytrain, the location couldn't be better either.
