Google maps info no longer accurate, website doesn't work AND the guy on the phone lied to me that stopping by in a few minutes was fine, so I ended up standing in the rain calling them to ask where they were. By appointment only. Vancouver only.
Called to have laptop fixed guy who answered the phone was very rude didn't even say the business when answering so I had to ask if it was even the lap top store. He told me to just bring it in so I go to the new west location like it shows in Maps and like the name and the store is net even there any more. Absolute waist of time
I'm a New Westminster business owner and I really appreciate other local businesses. I'm also a gamer and when my gaming laptop had a broken port and screen I was pretty heartbroken. New West Laptops was fantastic to deal with and I have my baby back and better than ever. I can't express how happy I am with their service. Totally 5 star service!
