What a wonderful experience! I called in about my 25+ year old Kenmore vacuum. A part was coming loose as I tried to vaccum my rugs and I needed new filters and cleaning.He gave me a general quote but did say he needed to look it over to provide a firm quote.I brought it in and I was pleased with the quote of just under $180 that included the repair and part for it, full clean of the unit and brush heads and a couple of packs of the 2 different filters my unit uses.He said it would be ready in less than 2 days but we were going away so I picked it up 1 week later. The guy that helped me seems like he's in a rush. I was wandering around his store looking for premotor filters for my Miele C3 Complete Excellence PowerLine Limited Edition vacuum cleaner.He was quick to get me to where he puts the Premotor Filters they were well priced compared to other stores. The ActiveAirClean 50 filters were a lot more expensive than from Miele directly.It's great to see small businesses still around.
A staple in the neighborhood, I bought a used vacuum from him 10 years ago which just recently stopped working. So I went back this morning and purchased a used Dyson and it works great! Excellent place for sales and repairs! Bring him you old vacuum for parts ??
