Very happy with my experience. We had a large cedar come down in a windstorm and nearly miss the garage and house. We were concerned with the other trees and VI came to assess what was needed, took care of the City's requirements given the riparian zone, and the crew was very professional, polite, and cleaned everything up. The invoice even came in less than estimated, which was a nice surprise. Yes, falling services are expensive but you pay for quality. With all the red tape, insurance, labour costs, etc. it is hard for any business to make a dollar these days.

Ben came over tonight on short notice, we had a cat way up in the tree. Then did a quick assessment, set up his lines and rescued the cat in the safe and kind way. Very professional, and cannot recommend highly enough.
