Turley's Florist in Nanaimo is a reliable and customer-focused business, offering high-quality floral arrangements and prompt delivery. The friendly and welcoming staff provide excellent service, accommodating custom orders and special requests with ease. Customers frequently praise the elegance and beauty of the flowers, noting that the flowers last a long time and can brighten any occasion. For example, one customer mentioned that the flowers they received for their birthday made their entire room smell amazing and lasted forever. The shop also does special events, and their team can create beautiful bouquets, such as a tea-themed wedding bouquet with camellia leaf, pink rose, lavender, and chamomile, which exceeded expectations. However, there have been some issues, such as a recent experience where a floral basket was substituted with a larger one without flowers, leading to disappointment. Overall, Turley's Florist is known for beautiful flowers and excellent service, but occasional problems can occur.
I needed very specific colours and sized ribbons for a funeral wreath. The florists at Turley's were so kind, creative and professional in our discussions. Working with a local florist shop that is passionate about floral design and their clients' needs was a lovely experience during a trying time. I wholeheartedly recommend and commend Turley's Florist to anyone looking for flowers for any occassion in the Nanaimo area.
Wonderful service, helped us arrange a custom bouquet, and added a few carnations for free for a grave site. Kind and caring staff. We will return
