I am in Australia and I ordered flowers for an injured relative in Nanaimo Hospital. Minutes after ordering, my relative passed away. Balloons and Bears refunded me in full and very promptly. They are lovely to deal with.
My partner is long distance, so every now and then he will send me a bouquet from Balloons & Bears- Their arrangements are very beautiful, and the delivery man is always super lovely. (You also get a cute little vase)
My go to place to brighten some ones day. I’ve been ordering flowers from Balloons and Bears for many a year. They do an outstanding job with the floral arrangements. Second to none! Outstanding job every time.
