Overall I have good experience in Nanaimo Homedepot. I am not a contractor but I frequent the store since I have a lot of work projects in my own house over the past few years. Last week I bought a set of Ryobi batteries and found out one of them did not charge. Yesterday, I brought it back to the Customer Service and was directed to the Hardware section. The gentleman working over there tested my faulty battery but found out it actually worked. I have no idea why it did not work on my charger, but anyway, he opened a new package and presented me a new battery for an exchange. I did not expect that, but he said: I trusted you.
