Was in today just looking at new BBQs. A gentleman named Forrest was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we ended up getting a Napoleon based on his recommendations and first hand experience with several of the grills. Thanks Forrest !!
You can really judge a company by how they manage a difficult situation. We experienced some significant frustration, wasted resources and costs due to some water damaged product. Front end staff and manager (Patrick Magee) made all of the right efforts to make things right.
