Just had their technician leave after getting my water heater and heating unit serviced for the year. The technician was courteous, fast and knowledgeable. For under $150 I was able to get everything ready for the new season. I would recommend strategic mechanical to anyone without hesitation.
Scott Martin diagnosed the problems with our old non-functioning furnace, ordered and installed the required parts and came quickly to finish the job, even in the middle of a snow storm! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Excellent service. Thanks, Scott.
Contacted Don about my Heat pump not working. He came right over ...same day, checked it over himself. Trouble-shooted the problem, ordered parts in and in 1 week we were up and running. Other company I called took 1month and still no go. I'm using Don & their Ace Technician Brian from now on. They are the BEST. Highly recommend them.
