I just experienced one of the best examples of professional customer service I have had in a very long time. My car broke down … I’m from out of town .. and Kaelin and Abby ( and the service team) took outstanding care of me, giving me accurate updates every step of the way. 5/5!

Reviews
The sales team were extremely knowledgeable. No pressurere to buy. The price was the price. No last minute dealer surprises. Transparent and painless. Highly recommend Sunshine Mountain Ford.
I have always had competent and efficient service and trouble free sales attitude at Steve Marshall Ford and the Ford Pass communications are excellent
I recently bought my second MachE there through John Erickson of sales. He handled the transaction very well to satisfy my financial needs and went over and above them to help with software setup. I would certainly recommend both John and the dealership in anyone searching for a new vehicle. Maintenance has also been efficient and cooperative.
